My dog Teach is both beautiful and annoying like the sound of sharpening knives. He, like some little kids I know, can put things in places they shouldn't be forget about them for hours to days and then come back to them later and look at you like an idiot for not knowing what it is they seek.
Teach, does this for things under the bed, love seat, couch, coffee table and other random places. For the last two.days it has been him clawing at the stove drawer.
Like, really?
Well, tired of his clawing at something in vain I went to investigate what it was. I found this mess under my stove AND he ate a random tater-round. So problem solved?
No, more like a warning to.others where dirt and tater-round and stuff can collect.
Honestly, I had no idea that things collected under stoves. What other places do I not know? What other scary locations should I be either seeking out to clean or avoid?

This is my humidifier. I haven't found the motivation yet to go and purchase a real one yet.
My hair is suffering, my dog is staticy, and according to some articles I read yesterday, it can help keep the heat in my house a little bit better.
While I was cooking I set up a big pot of water. I had it on a hard boil but it was just pushing the steam all over my ceiling and cabinet. With a little thought process and some aluminum foil, problem solved!
Before, when I didn't have a dog, I use to leave pans and cups of water on my baseboard heat. I felt this helped a little bit. However, I have no trust in Teach not to knock them on the floor. Better staticy than ruined hardwood floors right?
Anyone have a suggestion on a type of humidifier I should use? Please let me know with a comment below. As always thanks!
This is my passport book with my 5 little stamps. I am excited because there are 5 stamps, however there were about 26 more pages in my passport that were blank.
I turned it in the other day to update my name to make sure it was ready when I take a trip later this year.
I don't know if you get your old passport back, I hope you do, so I wanted to make sure I at least took a picture.
Technically I went to Canada at least 3 times while I owned this passport. However, going from the USA to Canada, you only get stamps when you do bad things apparently.
Anyone else have some stamps they'd like to share? Leave a comment below. Or maybe a picture, that'd be cool too.
What happened was that we had our friends T. and D. coming to visit. They talked about taking a bath in our big jacuzzi tub. New Dude was like nope, cannot do that, it where our pet lobster Steve lives.
They didn't believe us and New Dude didn't want to be a liar so he went to Kroger and bought Steve.
He, however, filled the sink instead of the tub.
T. and D. arrived a bit later than expected and Steve died while waiting. We still left them to find him. Their screams were fantastic.
Since we were going to eat Steve after our little joke, this was now not possible. When lobsters die normally they released toxins into their body. There go, no dinner.
New Dude and I did not want to waste Steve, so we put him in a bowl, filled it with water and put him in the freezer. If we couldn't eat him we were going to shoot Steve.
Well, Steve, ended up living, kind of, in our freezer for over a year. We kept forgetting to bring him to the farm where we going shooting. One time we pulled him out and forgot to bring him with us. He was in a trash bag and still frozen when we got back. It was a very scary thing because we were afraid the house might have smelled like rotting fish.
We had one more scare when we lost power for 24 hours.
Well, on Thanksgiving of 2015 we finally remembered to bring Steve with us.
If you cannot tell, I do this semi-holiday REALLY bad. I would say there is about an 80% chance of me having a hang over on January 1st.
This year was no different. I didn't even make it to 12am, which is different. I made it, according to New Dude, to 11:15 pm where I laid on the floor and fell promptly asleep.
I woke up once, at 4 am, when New Dude had me take out my contacts and take some ibuprofen and a little water.
When I woke up at 7 am to let the puppy out and attempt to drink more water I knew it would be a rough day. I was awake enough to hate myself, not hold down water and crawl back in bed.
I woke up later and started to watch TV before falling asleep again.
This time waking up about 3 pm and feeling like a person. I'm almost 30 and still have little 21 year old nights where I cannot keep up with the big dogs and suffer all the next day.
How'd everyone else fair this year? Let me know with a comment below. Happy 2016!
